At Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson®, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your motorclothes and riding gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and include the original sales receipt.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping via a tracked carrier.
Processing and Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
